🌟 Congratulations to our February Power of One recipient, Ms. Hayleigh Smith from Bennett School!
Ms. Smith is an exceptional EC Instructional Assistant who goes above and beyond to support K-8 students. She not only provides 1:1 support for a high-needs student but also ensures the safety and success of many EC students. From coordinating staff outings to attending PTA meetings, organizing fundraisers, and participating in community events, she truly does it all!
Her patience, empathy, and unwavering dedication create an inclusive and safe environment for every student. Whether responding to escalated situations, maintaining her CPI certification, or literally running barefoot to protect a student, she exemplifies what it means to make a difference.
