CEF Teaching Grants support original, innovative projects designed to enhance student learning and align with classroom curriculum. Grants are awarded based on a project’s scope, impact, and feasibility, helping educators bring creative ideas to life with funding typically ranging from $100 to $1,000.

Seaforth High School is proud to host a Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration, led by the school’s BSU Club, in the auditorium. This evening will highlight student voices while honoring Dr. King’s legacy of service, unity, and leadership. Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the program begins at 6:00 PM.

Earlier this week, Chatham County Schools joined the Chatham County Board of Commissioners for their budget retreat, where they shared district successes and discussed priorities for the upcoming fiscal year.
Following collaborative discussions with CCS stakeholders, Dr. Jackson shared key priorities that reflect both classroom perspectives and district goals as planning for the 2026–27 school year continues.
