As a wonderful way to celebrate National School Bus Safety Week, we're excited to present our October Power of One award winner, Ms. Angie Hege from our Transportation Dept. Her nominator said: "Angie works tirelessly to ensure our kids with special transportation needs have timely, and appropriate rides to and from school. She patiently answers a multitude of questions, collaborates with contract transportation, and follows up with schools, all with a consistent positive outlook on things. She is always able to help me, or direct me to the person who can. Because of her work, every EC student with special transportation gets to school at the right time each morning, and are safely returned home in the afternoon. Without Angie, this would not be the case." #OneChatham
