📚 Did you know students in Chatham County Schools checked out nearly 88,000 books this year?

As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen school libraries, CCS librarians have been hard at work:
✔️ Adding 4,729 new books
✔️ Removing 27,563 older, outdated titles
✔️ Ensuring each student has access to modern, engaging reading materials
✔️ Tracking toward a district goal of fiction collections averaging 2010 or newer by 2025–26

With an average of 20 books checked out per student, our libraries continue to play a vital role in supporting literacy. #OneChatham
