Our incredible 5th graders did a fabulous job performing their monologues inspired by characters from Esperanza Rising! This performance was the culminating task for EL Module 1, Unit 3, and our students truly brought the characters to life with passion, confidence and creativity. We’re so proud of their hard work, teamwork, and growth as readers, writers, and performers! 🧡💚

Our students met their Boosterthon goal, and you know what that means… RACE TIME! 🏁 Dr. Giles, Ms. Tillett, and Dr. Heath suited up in inflatable costumes and dashed their way to the finish line in one unforgettable showdown! 👾🐓🚀It was a close race, but the chicken (Ms. Tillett) crossed the finish line first! 🏆🐔
