More Grandparent fun! 🐾
Our Grandparent Mix & Mingle today was a success! 🎉 Thank you to the wonderful grandparents and grandparent figures in our students' lives for a morning of connection, laughter, and fun. Grandparents were able to meet our teachers and staff, and also see the amazing environment their grandchildren learn and grow in. #OneChatham #CCSShine

EL day 1 was a success in 3rd grade. Think-Pair-Share protocol with some musical cue movement is a hit with this class! #CCSShine 🌟

It was a full day in 3rd grade last Wednesday, from launching independent research reading to fishbowl discussions to third day of 3rd grade task cards to learn more classroom procedures and expectations. #CCSShine 🌟#OneChatham
This past Friday, 6th graders had a check-in about their first week of middle school. Lots of buzz about the fun they had!

"Hi! My name is Miss M and I am so excited to teach music and band at Bennett. This is my 11th year teaching music. I am originally from Pennsylvania and moved down to North Carolina shortly after graduating College. Outside of teaching, I enjoy playing my clarinet with local community bands, rock climbing, and hiking the many wonderful trails in the area. I look forward to a wonderful year of music making!"
