Each month, we will recognize a student that demonstrates character in our school. Ellie Cox in 1st grade was recognized last month for "empathy". Her teacher said that she consistently demonstrates empathy and kindness toward both her classmates and the school staff. Whether it’s through a kind word, a thoughtful gesture, or simply being there for someone in need, Ellie is always willing to support those around her.
