Our 4th graders went to Pittsboro today to visit the Historical Courthouse and the 9/11 Memorial. They participated in a mock trial, artifact discovery and county history lessons. After, they walked down to the 9/11 memorial about a block away. They stood 444 miles from ground zero. The students were able to see and touch a piece of the North Tower. It was a humbling, insightful and fun trip! #onechatham #dragonsonfire #ElevateChatham

Bonlee's Junior Beta Club was recognized as a School of Distinction! This award is given to clubs that are striving towards academic achievement, exemplary character, demonstrated leadership and service to others. With an ongoing quest to instill these qualities in more students, the National Beta School of Distinction Award is designed to recognize schools that demonstrate a 10% increase in membership for the current school year. #onechatham #dragonsonfire #ElevateChatham
