In our third-grade EL time, students engaged in a project that highlights global literacy challenges. They collaborated to become experts on various countries, exploring how books can make a difference and the transportation methods used to deliver them. This initiative fosters critical thinking and awareness of global issues among young learners.#onechatham #dragonsonfire #ElevateChatham

Our 4th graders went to Pittsboro today to visit the Historical Courthouse and the 9/11 Memorial. They participated in a mock trial, artifact discovery and county history lessons. After, they walked down to the 9/11 memorial about a block away. They stood 444 miles from ground zero. The students were able to see and touch a piece of the North Tower. It was a humbling, insightful and fun trip! #onechatham #dragonsonfire #ElevateChatham
