This week, our school was in very good hands with Mason and Olivia as our Principals for the Day! They jumped into action with confidence, positivity, and some seriously awesome leadership skills. Way to lead the way! 🧡💚

Congratulations to Mrs. Ellis, driver of bus 66, for being selected as our 2025 CGE Bus Driver of the Year! 🚍🎉

Sending out some positive encouragement to all of our 3-5 Gators that will be taking EOGs tomorrow. We’re so proud of all your hard work this year, and tomorrow is your time to SHINE on the EOGs! You've got this — stay focused, do your best, and remember: your effort matters most. 🎬 Check out this special encouragement video just for you: https://youtu.be/iPvPQv9-hJE

Our students are so talented! We're so proud to showcase their incredible creativity on our brand-new Gallery Wall in our front entryway. Huge congratulations to the artists whose work was selected — your imagination inspires us all! A huge thank-you to our PTA for making this beautiful project possible! Be sure to check it out next time you're at CGE! 💫 🖼️

Our Kinder and 2nd grade Gators geared up and rolled into Safe Routes to School Bike Safety Week! They learned all about helmet safety, signaling, and how to ride smart and stay safe on every adventure! 🚲✨

Our amazing 5th graders left their mark in the most beautiful way—by adding colorful flowers to our tree mural! 🌺✨ Each blossom represents creativity, growth, and the lasting impact they’ve made on our school community.

EOG testing for 3th-5th grade students starts Friday morning. Our students have worked hard all year, and EOG tests are a way to show how much they have learned and grown over the course of the school year. They do NOT determine if they go to the next grade, nor do they tell us how smart someone is or is not. Our goal is to get our students to take EOGs seriously and to do their personal best without a whole lot of stress or pressure.
