A huge congratulations to the West Chatham Concert Band, comprised of five schools: Chatham Central, Jordan-Matthews, Bennett, Silk Hope, and Chatham Middle, on their performance at Carowinds, where they earned a Superior Rating. A Superior Rating is the highest rating obtainable at an adjudicated event for a band. #BearDown

Congratulations to all of our student Athletes on an amazing year. Karaleigh Dodson and Reid Albright were named Athletes of the Year, and Mattie Underwood and Luke Gaines were given the Sportsmanship of the Year Award. We had several all-conference selections, with Sallie Oldham earning Conference Softball Player of the Year and Jesse Eskelund dominating for Conference Swimmer of the Year. #BearDown
