Please, avoid scheduling family vacations during this time, as students need to be together to learn their marching show and color guard routine.

Lunch and snacks provided. Please bring a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle. We will have some to distribute if needed.

Parents/guardians, please make an electronic copy and complete the medical and bus permission forms here and submit to Dr. Wills or Ms. Amster electronically at zwills@chatham.k12.nc.us or aamster@chatham.k12.nc.us. Or, print, complete, and turn in to Dr. Wills, Ms. Amster, or the front office staff before August 4, 2025. Please read this document in its entirety, as there are several necessary band camp items linked within for both band members and color guard members.
