Good morning Mariner Families,
This is Ms. Doty with some important announcements:
1. Prior to your arrival on Monday, all parent/guardians are required to fill out an attestation form for each student returning to school. We will also have paper copies at car-rider and on the buses for those we are unable to print them out at home.
2.To further support our families returning to school, Ms. Spell and Ms. Bowling have prepared a video for both you and your child to watch. This video can be found on our school website. There is also a very thorough document called PHS Re-Entry Plan that parents can review with information about our return to school procedures. 3. Bus drivers will be contacting families regarding bus stop times/locations. Please call the school if you haven't received a call by 1pm Friday.
4. There is a new tab on our website called "COVID-19 Reporting Form" This is a Google form similar to the Bullying form. The purpose is to allow staff, students, parents, or community members the opportunity to share concerns related to COVID-19 health and safety procedures. If a concern is made regarding our school, it will route an e-mail notification to me, the principal. I will work with the appropriate personnel at the district office to follow up as necessary.
