PowerSchool Parent Portal Information

The Parent Portal allows all Chatham County Schools families the opportunity to view their students' grades in an easy to use website. 

Parents are asked to complete a parent verification process before accessing their student's grade and schedule information via the Parent Portal. This is a one-time process and will need only to be completed in subsequent years if families enroll new students within Chatham County Schools.

 Volunteers Need to Help with the Pollard Dropbox

This task earns double hours and includes drive times! Responsibilities include loading items into your vehicle, driving to Cole Part Chatham PTA Thrift Store, and taking and depositing items in the appropriate section in the back of the store. Go to the online schedule to volunteer.


Walking and Biking Permission Form

Complete the Walking/Biking permission form (Click to Open) and turn it into the office if your child intends to walk or bike home from school.
