Hard to believe another new school year starts in 32 days! The Pollard PTA has been working on some fun ways to support our teachers and students this year and we want to let you know of some ways you can get involved!
 
Below we have provided some steps and quick links. Go ahead— Check this off your list before you have to start back to school shopping!!

Time to continue the fun! Renew your PTA membership! Please make sure it has the 2023-2024 selected for the year. 
Do we have a deal for you! Join as a family of 3 for $20! 
 
 
 Go ahead and do this now so you don't have something else to do at the Open House...
 
Speaking of FUN... we'd love for you to join one of our open volunteer spots for our super special committees. Again, these aren't going to be all of the openings or places you can help out this year, but what we are in need of right now:
 
Teacher/Staff Appreciation Chair and team 
Communication Chair
Social media Chair 
Fundraising Chair
Website management Chair

Don't forget to renew your Chatham County Volunteer Application: 
https://www.chatham.k12.nc.us/page/21004 If you'd like to volunteer at the school this year, [e.g. Classroom Projects, Field Trip Chaperone, Instructional Volunteer, Proctor for Testing, Remediation/Tutoring, Special School Events (ex.Field Day)] make sure you have completed this application. It must be done each year.

Monday, August 28-- First Day of school
