Learning Through Language Symposium

December 17th, 2015

In groups of three, Jordan-Matthews dual language students conducted a research in Spanish about Latin American and European current issues.  After that, they wrote a research paper, designed a poster related to their research, and presented their findings in front of three judges.

Students got four honorable mentions:

 

1. Most Innovative and Illustrative Project  Visual: 

    Team 1: Allie Hayhurst, Ivan Sanchez, Gustavo Garcia.
    Team 2: Olivia Gregson, Jonathan Aguilar, Joshua Zagada 

2. Best Use of Written and Oral Language: 

    Team 1: Marshall Phillips, Carmen Monter, Jhoan Carrillo. 
    Team 2: Olivia Gregson, Jonathan Aguilar, Joshua Zagada
