Chatham County Coaches Selected as Assistants for the 2016 East-West All Star Football Game
Pittsboro, NC -- Two Chatham County Schools football coaches have been given the honor of serving as assistants on the West team for the 2016 N.C. Coaches Association East-West All-Star Game. Former head coach of Northwood High School, Bill Hall and head coach of Jordan-Matthews, Marty Scotten will assist West’s head coach, Hibriten High School's Clay Lewis.
Coach Hall claims, “It is a great honor to be selected by your peers for such a privilege. A lot of credit goes to the hard working assistant coaches I’ve had and all the great players who’ve come through Northwood. It is also a great honor to coach with a fellow in-county coach, Marty Scotten.”
Jordan-Matthew’s Coach Scotten remarks, "I am greatly honored to be chosen to coach in the East-West All Star Football Game. The great players and coaches who have participated in this game in the past make it a very special event and I am excited and proud to be a part of it."
