Jets land Chatham County Schools Principal of the Year

SILER CITY — Students and educators at Jordan-Matthews High School combined to exceed the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction’s expectations for academic growth during the 2018-19 school year. Theirs is a school with an effective dual-language program that is positioning young people to enter college or join the workforce fluent in both English and Spanish. The arts thrive at Jordan-Matthews. It’s where 2020 Chatham County Schools Principal of the Year Tripp Crayton rolls up his sleeves to make sure all of that and more continues.
