We have 2020/21 CCS sports schedules ready!
I have added the new 2020/21 schedules to the files located at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions please let me know. These schedules are still a work in progress and are subject to all NC mandates as related to opening schools during this time. This schedule has been developed based on students returning to school and resuming in person learning. If the at home learning time is extended by the School Board then we will have to revise this schedule.
We are all missing sports on every level, especially at Horton Middle School! The NCHSAA has been anouncing changes that they are recommending in order to hold sporting events; however, at this time all final decisions on holding athletic events will rest on the individual school systems. With that being said, the only update that I can give you at this time is that if we can not allow students on campus then we will not be participating in sports. I will continue to update the athletics page as we find out more information.
