Hello Wildcats!
I'm so excited to be in my sixth year of being a Wildcat at George Moses Horton Middle School here in Chatham County.
I received my undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Toledo in Ohio. I then got my Masters in School Administration from North Carolina A&T. Before becoming an administrator, I taught middle school science and social studies. I also coached baseball and basketball.
At GMH I really enjoy the people in our community. I love the staff we have, the students, and the surrounding community.
When I'm not at GMH, I'm usually spending time with my wife and son. I like to play golf, hike, and travel. I love to spend time outside. At school I even like to help ut outside when my schedule allows!

Greetings Wildcats!
It's the beginning of my 3rd year here at GMH Middle and I'm so glad to be a Wildcat!
I played college basketball while receiving my BS in Athletic Training at Methodist College. I then got my Masters in Physical Education from UNC-P. I most recently got my Masters in School Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill.
Before becoming an administrator, I taught healthful living and advanced physical education.
I really love being here at GMH. I love the family atmosphere. Since I've been at GMH staff, students, and parents have welcomed me with open arms. Everyone is so willing to help out each other. We also do a great job of celebrating one another.
When I'm not at GMH, I love to travel to new places and try out their local eateries. I also to relax, work out, and dive into a good book.
GMH is such an awesome place to work! Staff members work to grow students academically and socially, parents are open to communicating with teachers and staff as needed, our school community supports and recognizes our efforts, and our students seek and appreciate guidance along their adolescent journey.
