The George Moses Horton Color Run & Walk is meant to be a fun experience for all! There will be large raffle prizes for one, three, or five loops within the allowed time. Come out and enjoy an inflatable obstacle course, doughnuts, community support, DJ, and, of course, the run/walk itself!
Fundraising ends March 8. Register now to guarantee a shirt, win your incentive prizes, and add to your color club!
Raffle prizes will include $50, $100, and $200 gift certificates as well as local prizes. We will have an adult and child basket for each one loop, three loops, and five loops winner.

The PTA Thrift Shops are opening back up to school volunteer groups. At this time, HMS will restrict workgroups to families only. For instance, I am the supervisor and my children will be working with me, or Keith Stinson is the supervisor and your family (2 or more) are working with me.
Hand sanitizer, wellness screening (questions), and masks will be required.

Eighth-grader Te'Keyah Bland made Horton Middle School history as she scored the 1,000th point of her middle school career on Monday, Feb. 11, 2019, at the Chatham County Middle School tournament game against J.S. Waters.
