• Serve as a bridge between families, schools, and communities
• Provide brief counseling services to students with emotional and behavioral needs and refer families to mental health resources if needed
• Assist families in accessing community resources for financial needs, food, and/or clothing
• Assist families in need around Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays
• Monitor attendance
