WORKOUT SCHEDULE: Check back often due to sudden change!
Football: Starting on 6 July 2020, daily Monday-Wednesday. Linemen-7:45am - 9:00am, Linebackers & Defensive Backs 9:15am-10:30am, Quarterbacks, Running Backs, & Receivers- 10:45am-12:00pm. All groups will report to the gate at the Football field for daily screening.
Volleyball: Starting on 13 July 2020, daily Monday-Thursday from 1:45 - 3:30. Report to the gate at the Football Field for daily screening. Starting on 20 July 2020, Volleyball workouts will be in the gym.
Men's & Women's Cross Country, Women's Tennis, and Women's Golf are not conducting workouts at this time. Check back often for updates!
Cheerleading is not conducting workouts at this time. Check back often for updates!

The Summer Workout Plan is located in a link below. Parents and Student-Athletes should familarize yourselves with this plan. It includes the necessary precautions for us to conduct summer workouts. ALL OF THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK CAN BE FOUND IN A LINK BELOW!
IMPORTANT: Any athlete planning to participate in Summer Workouts for fall sports (Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, Women's Golf, and Tennis) are required to complete the Initial Screening Form before you come to campus for workouts. A link to the required form is below.
Athletic Participation Packet can be downloaded below, picked up from the main office, or from the AD's office Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 3:00pm.
