WORKOUT SCHEDULE: Update!!!!
Volleyball and Cross Country Skill Development Workouts: Upon arrival, you will be screened per NCHSAA guidelines (temperature and attestation form). You must have a current physical (dated 3/1/2019 or later), Initial Screening Form (Covid-19) signed by both you and your parent/guardian, mask and water bottle. You must come dressed ready to participate. You can not have backpacks, and no spectators are permitted.
***Volleyball Skill Development Workouts: for 11th & 12th grade females, will begin October 7th, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, and will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
***Cross Country Skill Development Workouts: are for male and female high schoolers interested in running Cross Country this year. Workouts will begin October 12th, from 3:30pm - 5:00pm, and will be held every Monday and Wednesday.

The Skill Development Plan is located in a link below. Parents and Student-Athletes should familarize yourselves with this plan. It includes the necessary precautions for us to conduct pre-season workouts. ALL OF THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK CAN BE FOUND IN A LINK BELOW, or picked-up at the main office between 9:00 and 3:00!
