The Booster Club supports the arts, athletics, and after-school clubs at Pollard. The Booster Club’s website is www.mbpollardboosterclub.org, which is where you can find information on who we are, what the Booster Club supports at Pollard, and how you can get involved! We also have a year-round spirit wear store on our website.
Want to get involved? Come find us at the Open House on August 24th or come to our first meeting on Tuesday, August 29th at 2:00 at Pollard. We are always looking for new members to join and membership is free!
Hello Pollard Mustangs!
The Parent Portal allows all Chatham County Schools families the opportunity to view their students' grades in an easy to use website.
Parents are asked to complete a parent verification process before accessing their student's grade and schedule information via the Parent Portal. This is a one-time process and will need only to be completed in subsequent years if families enroll new students within Chatham County Schools.
Click the link below to access instructions for the parent verification process.
7:40- Building opens to students (6th to MPR / 7th & 8th to Gym)

Athletic Gap is a way for your kids to stay at school (supervised) until game time on days when Pollard has home games. (READ: one less trip for you to make shuttling your kid!) The cost for Athletic GAP is $2, and does not include the admission price to the game. Softball and soccer games are free admission. Basketball games cost $4. The Boosters Club sells concessions at games, so your child may want to bring extra money for that as well.
Every year, Pollard Band Director, Michele Reams, encourages her band students to go to the esteemed UNCG Summer Music Camp. This year, a record number of 35 Pollard band students attended the camp.
Hello Mustang Families,
It is truly an honor to be your principal this coming year. I'm looking forward to meeting each and every one of you and, of course, seeing some familiar faces. I know this year is going to be great and I'm excited about getting into classrooms and seeing all of the amazing things our teachers and students are doing. I have an open door policy and welcome any feedback that you have to help make our school community even stronger. Please stay tuned to the weekly Mustang Minute newsletter that will be posted on our website to stay up-to-date on current events and school information.
