Greetings from Chatham School of Science and Engineering,
I would like to personally welcome you to our school and to our school website. We are excited about what the 2021-2022 school year will bring to our students, staff and community. After a challenging year of remote teaching and learning, an a modified face to face plan, we are declaring this year as the year of the Octopi. Please join us in our 21-22 theme of #Octopistrong. Our staff, students and parents bring new skills to this school year and we are survivors! Our goal is to use those skills to enable our students to remain fully engaged in a true Early College experience. We look forward to our continued partnership with Central Carolina Community College as we embark on our third co-hort of early college students. Please contact the school if you are interested in learning more at 919-663-5899.
Our students are excited about their opportunity to receive their high school diploma in addition to the potential for an associates degree. Our staff is dedicated to providing the necessary tools our students need to successfully enter into college level courses by their sophomore year. We welcome community support and input. Please feel free to contact our school to find out ways you can make a positive impact on our students and their educational endeavors.
Thank you for checking us out. We look forward to establishing many community partnerships.
Sincerely,
Bobby Dixon, Principal
